So I worked on a team with a guy, lets call him 'Leonard'. He worked with us for 2 years before being laid off. While he was at work, all he did was read forums about games he was currently playing, and he wouldn't do any work. He would also look up blogs, PCs websites, etc etc. When he did actually do some work, he would usually screw the work up, causing more work for the rest of us as we had to undo the damage his efforts caused. He would then have medical conditions (although showing no outward symptoms), and take many afternoons or morning off because of his illnesses. He would describe his symptoms, which we would then google, and find very rare medical conditions listed. So rare that 1:100000 people might have it. He was a nice guy, but wouldn't or couldn't stay focused on work, or complete work in a competent manner.
