There was a girl named um...molly who worked with me in the cutomer servive dept. who was so rude and short tempered with cutomers it was appalling. She the things you think but don't say in this line of work. She had no "inside voice". She had at least one supervisor request a day sometimes several. She'd call people stupid. But oddly enough she also recieved Kudos from the customers. One was posted by her pod saying they appreciated her humanity.In the end she did get fired for hanging up on someone and I am surprised it the company as long as it did to fire her.
