After 2 days of orientation, the "new guy" at work called my house 12 times on the Saturday, then showed up at my house on Sunday when I didn't return the calls. I was at my boss's desk first thing telling her this was not going to work out and when she called to speak to him about it her face told it all. Apparently in his defense he was telling her that he recorded the msg's he left me and there was nothing "wrong" in what he said, and in Sunday he was "just in the neighbourhood". It just didn't "CLICK" with this guy how freaky his actions were - even when it was brought to his attention. Or maybe it did - he seemed prepared to be questioned on it.
