I am "working" at my cubicle when out of the corner of my eye I see the chair of my co-worker move ever so slightly. Glancing over I notice that no one is there. I distinctly remember thinking, "oooohh poltergeist". Shrugging it off as a figment of my imagination I return to my "work". A minute or two passes when again I notice movement in my periphery. Concerned that I am indeed being haunted I rise up from my chair to investigate. I look closely at the chair, there is definitely no one sitting in it. I look down at the wheeled base of the chair. It is at this moment that I discover my co-worker lying on her back, starring blankly at the bottom of her desk. Startled I jump slightly back but recover in time to give her a potential out by offering up; "Oh are you trying to connect your network cable"?
To which she replies, without moving her gaze from the bottom of her desk, "Yessss".
