I have come across people who have used computers and been on the net for 10 years or more and still don't get it. I don't know how they could have used a computer for so long and still don't know what they are doing. If I send them a link in email, all they have to do is click it. But they don't. They type it out in the address bar, and often type it wrong, and then complain that the link doesn't work. How can you be on the net this long and not know to just click. Or to copy and paste. Some urls are rather long. Why would you type it all out? And how could you not know how to copy and paste?
And then there's the ones who send out notices saying there's a virus out there, because a friend sent you an email which said they checked and it must be true. Hey people! Go to google, type in a phrase from said email and also type in "hoax". 99% of the time it will tell you that said email is a hoax and has been around the net for years. After all this time, why haven't you figured it out?
