CMA's think too much

I worked with someone who had been working on her CMA for 13 years before she got it. She had been with us for a few months when she actually achieved it. BOY, did she ever become a Prima Dona, then. She would also spreadsheet everything to death. When she couldn't figure out how to do something, instead of asking someone who actually knew more than her, she would keep working on it until she got it to her satisfaction (meanwhile banking ALOT of unecessary Time in Lieu hours). We crossed horns more than once, I can tell you. If it wasn't her way, it was the highway. When she finally left us, there was a big sigh of relief.
